These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products operated by Glonot ("Glonot", "we", "us"), currently Glonot eSIM (esim.glonot.com) and Glonot QR Menu (qrmenu.glonot.com), together the "Services". By creating an account, placing an order, publishing a menu, or otherwise using a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service in question.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country of residence, to use our Services. By using a Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Glonot eSIM sells prepaid data packages delivered as eSIM profiles for use in specific countries or regions. Packages are sourced from third-party mobile network and eSIM provisioning partners; Glonot is a reseller and is not itself a mobile network operator. Data allowances, validity periods, and supported networks are as described on the package you purchase. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout, and payment is processed at the time of purchase; you may also maintain a wallet balance for future purchases. Once a package is provisioned and the eSIM installed or activated, it is considered delivered and used. A more detailed Terms of Service and Refund Policy specific to Glonot eSIM is published at esim.glonot.com/legal and forms part of these Terms when you use that Service.
Before purchasing, you are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM technology and, if applicable, that it is unlocked for eSIM installation from a provider other than your current carrier.
Glonot QR Menu lets a restaurant, café, or similar business publish its menu online and make it accessible to customers by scanning a QR code with their own phone — no app install or account is required for a customer to view a menu. If you are a business using Glonot QR Menu, you are responsible for the accuracy of the menu content (items, prices, descriptions, allergen or dietary information) you upload, and for keeping it up to date. Glonot is not a party to, and is not responsible for, the sale of food or beverages between a business and its customers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and when placing an order or publishing content, including a valid email address for order confirmations and account notices.
You agree not to: use a Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit packages or content obtained through a Service without our written permission; upload content you do not have the right to publish; interfere with or disrupt a Service or its underlying systems; or attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to Glonot's systems.
Coverage, network speeds, and package availability for Glonot eSIM depend on our underlying network partners and can vary or change without notice. Availability of Glonot QR Menu depends on standard hosting and network conditions. We do our best to keep information accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service for either product.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glonot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glonot's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or a Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific product or subscription giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. Glonot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or lost profits.
We may suspend or terminate your access to a Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using a Service, or request account/content deletion, at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use a Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are intended to be interpreted fairly and in good faith. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, which continue to apply where applicable.
