Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Glonot ("Glonot", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information across our products, currently:

Each product may also publish its own, more detailed privacy notice for features specific to that product (for example, the eSIM Store's checkout and order-management flows). Where a product-specific notice exists, it supplements — and does not replace — this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on which product you use, we may collect:

Sign in with Google

If you choose to sign in using your Google account, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us so we can create or log you into your Glonot account. We use this information only to identify your account and communicate with you — we do not request or receive access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or any other Google data, and we never post anything on your behalf.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to: create and secure your account; process orders and payments; deliver eSIM profiles and order confirmations by email; refresh and display data-usage figures; respond to support requests; and detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or misuse of the Service.

3. Sharing With Third Parties

We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with our legal, accounting, and tax obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us (see Section 7).

5. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (such as encrypted connections and hashed credentials) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses of it, under the data protection law that applies to you (for example, the GDPR in the EU/EEA, or an equivalent local law elsewhere). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 8.

7. Children's Privacy

Our products are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Changes to This Policy & Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests relating to your personal data, can be sent to info@glonot.com.
